PTA Vacancy Announcement – Latest Contract and Daily Wages Jobs
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has announced new vacancies for suitably qualified candidates. Applications are invited for different posts on contract and daily wages basis, extendable based on performance and business need. These jobs are open for eligible candidates who meet the required qualification and experience criteria.
The available positions include legal, support staff, and daycare roles. Selected candidates may be posted in Islamabad or anywhere in Pakistan, including AJK and GB.
Consultant (Law) – Position 01
PTA is hiring a Consultant (Law) on contract basis. Candidates must have LLM with 18 years of education, preferably in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Commercial Law, or International Law, along with 15 years post-qualification experience as an Advocate at High Court.
Alternatively, candidates having LLB or Bar-at-Law with 18 years post-qualification experience as an Advocate at High Court are also eligible.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in telecom laws, corporate and commercial laws, legal advisory roles with national or international organizations, and handling telecom litigation cases.
Monthly remuneration will be market based and negotiable, applicable taxes will be deducted.
Helper (Male) – Position 03
For Helper (Male) posts, candidates must have middle level education with two years relevant experience. The maximum age limit for this post is 40 years. This position is offered on daily wages basis.
Daycare Attendant (Female) – Position 01
The Daycare Attendant (Female) position requires middle level education with two years relevant experience. The maximum age limit is 40 years. This post is also offered on daily wages basis.
Job Terms and Conditions
The Consultant (Law) position is offered on contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and business needs. Helper and Daycare Attendant posts are offered on daily wages for an initial period of 365 days.
Only candidates having HEC recognized degrees will be considered for the Consultant (Law) position. Applicants must apply within 15 days from the date of advertisement. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of recruitment. No TA or DA will be admissible for test or interview.

Any false information may result in cancellation of candidature or termination of employment at any stage. کنسلٹنٹ (قانون)
اس اسامی کے لیے امیدوار کے پاس ایل ایل ایم (18 سالہ تعلیم) ہونی چاہیے، ترجیحاً ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن، آئی ٹی، کمرشل یا انٹرنیشنل لا میں، اور ہائی کورٹ میں بطور ایڈووکیٹ 15 سال کا تجربہ ہونا ضروری ہے۔
یا پھر ایل ایل بی یا بار ایٹ لا کے ساتھ 18 سال کا تجربہ بطور ہائی کورٹ ایڈووکیٹ ہونا چاہیے۔
ٹیلی کام قوانین، کارپوریٹ اور کمرشل لا، لیگل ایڈوائزری اور ٹیلی کام لٹیگیشن کا تجربہ رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔ اس عہدے کی تنخواہ مارکیٹ کے مطابق اور قابلِ گفت و شنید ہوگی، جبکہ ٹیکس لاگو ہوگا۔
ہیلپر (مرد)
ہیلپر کی اسامی کے لیے مڈل پاس تعلیم اور دو سال کا متعلقہ تجربہ لازمی ہے۔ عمر کی زیادہ سے زیادہ حد 40 سال ہے۔ یہ نوکری ڈیلی ویجز پر دی جائے گی۔
ڈے کیئر اٹینڈنٹ (خاتون)
اس عہدے کے لیے مڈل پاس تعلیم اور دو سال کا تجربہ ضروری ہے۔ عمر کی حد 40 سال ہے۔ یہ اسامی بھی ڈیلی ویجز کی بنیاد پر ہوگی۔
اہم شرائط
کنسلٹنٹ (قانون) کی نوکری ابتدائی طور پر ایک سال کے کنٹریکٹ پر دی جائے گی، جس میں کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر توسیع ممکن ہے۔ ہیلپر اور ڈے کیئر اٹینڈنٹ کی اسامیاں 365 دن کے لیے ڈیلی ویجز پر ہوں گی۔
درخواست دہندگان کو اشتہار کی تاریخ سے 15 دن کے اندر درخواست دینا ہوگی۔ صرف شارٹ لسٹ امیدواروں کو اگلے مرحلے کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔ ٹیسٹ یا انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی TA یا DA نہیں دیا جائے گا۔ خواتین، اقلیتوں اور معذور افراد کو درخواست دینے کی ترغیب دی جاتی ہے۔
