Senior Manager Properties Documentation & Advisory (AVP / VP)
This position reports to the Wing Head – Advisory and is focused on property documentation and legal advisory matters. Candidates must hold a minimum LLB degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution. Preference will be given to candidates with an LLM degree or relevant professional certifications. Applicants must have at least 6 years of banking experience related to property documentation and advisory. The role requires strong knowledge of residential and commercial property processes, title verification, vetting of deeds, mortgage creation, registration, and compliance with laws and internal policies. The place of posting for this position is Karachi.
Manager Recovery & General Litigation (OG-II / OG-I)
This role reports to the Wing Head – General Recovery & Litigation. The minimum qualification required is LLB or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution, while a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in banking recoveries and collections. Responsibilities include handling recovery suits, visiting courts, coordinating with lawyers, avoiding unnecessary adjournments, monitoring bank cases, and meeting recovery targets. Strong communication skills and command of MS Office are required. The place of posting includes Abbottabad, Hyderabad, Multan, Mardan, and Quetta.
Coordinator Recovery & General Litigation (OG-II / OG-I)
This position reports to the Head of Recovery & General Litigation. Candidates must have a minimum graduation or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. At least 3 years of experience in inter-department coordination or MIS data handling is required. Duties include updating systems, facilitating court compliance, following up with concerned units, monitoring MIS of bank cases, and assisting in litigation processes. Good communication skills and command of MS Office are essential. The place of posting is Karachi.
Litigation Officer (OG-III / OG-II)
This role reports to the Wing Head – Litigation (Central). Applicants must hold an LLB degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field, and experience in banking or financial institutions will be an advantage. Responsibilities include managing litigation teams, visiting courts, handling recovery suits, ensuring court compliance, monitoring bank cases, and safeguarding the bank’s interests. The place of posting for this position is Lahore.
Employment Type and Selection Process
The employment will be offered on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the management. Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the eligibility criteria will be invited for a test and/or panel interview. No TA or DA will be admissible for test or interview.
